You can review the proposed amendments and changes in the documents below.  The “DC 37 Retirees Association Const. Draft With Edits” version shows the amendments/changes to the current constitution. The “DC 37 Retirees Association Const. CLEAN” is a final document with all the changes and amendments included, and represents what the constitution will be if the changes are accepted by the membership at the May 27 special meeting.

Please find a pre-approval letter from AFSCME for the amended Association constitution below. (Please note the minor changes they propose have already been made.)
