YOUR PARTICIPATION IS REQUESTED AT THE CITY COUNCIL'S COMMITTEE ON CIVIL SERVICE AND LABOR WHEN:  WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 23 AT CITY HALL @ 1:00 pm.The City Council’s Committee on Civil Service and Labor has invited all of us to attend this Open Hearing about Strengthening Workers’ Rights.
