DC 37 Retirees Association Constitutional Amendment Information
The Association’s Policy and Governance Committee has been meeting over the past several months to conduct a full review of the Association’s constitution. We will be holding two special virtual meetings in May to read, review, and vote on the proposed amendments.
The first special membership meeting took place on Tuesday, May 5th at 10:00 AM (ET) where we read and reviewed the proposed constitutional amendments.

The second special membership meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 27 at 10:00 AM (ET) to vote on the constitutional amendments.To ensure all members can vote and fully participate, the second special membership meeting will be available by phone only. A summary of the amendments will be mailed to members, and the full text of the amendments are available on this page. Please check this page for more information as this process progresses.

You can review the proposed amendments and changes in the documents below. The “DC 37 Retirees Association Const. Draft With Edits” version shows the amendments/changes to the current constitution. The “DC 37 Retirees Association Const. CLEAN” is a final document with all the changes and amendments included, and represents what the constitution will be if the changes are accepted by the membership at the May 27 special meeting.
