Constitutional Amendment Information 

The Association’s Policy and Governance Committee has been meeting over the past several months to conduct a full review of the Association’s constitution. We will be holding two special virtual meetings in May to read, review, and vote on the proposed amendments. 

The first special membership meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 5th at 10:00 AM (ET) where we will read and review the proposed constitutional amendments. Members can join this meeting by zoom at TTHM.COM/DC37SMM or by dialing 1-855-269-4484. 

The second special membership meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 27 at 10:00 AM (ET) to vote on the constitutional amendments.To ensure all members can vote and fully participate, the second special membership meeting will be available by phone only. Members can join this meeting by dialing 1-855-269-4484. 

A summary of the amendments will be mailed to members, and the full text of the amendments will be available on this page prior to the May 27 special membership meeting. Please check this page for more information as this process progresses.
